A fun filled 45 min pool class using the buoyancy, resistance and therapeutic effects of warm water to exercise safely and effectively. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Deep Water Aqua
Forget everything you thought you knew about aquaerobics - with aqua belts on, this is non-stop running, striding and pumping exercise maximising your cardio workout and burning major calories.
Aqua Boot Camp
A high intensity, low impact shallow water class that is fun.
Gentle Aqua
A slower paced class with many therapeutic benefits. Suitable for those wanting aerobic benefits as well as some muscle strengthening and relaxation in warm water.
